There is something so so intriguing about potato chips dunked in dark chocolate. I made these some years back for snacking during a brunch at home. The best chip with dark chocolate has been Uncle chips, by far. The masala on the chips is a gorgeous contrast against the dark chocolate.
Makai Nu Cheen essentially sweet corn cooked in milk and spiced with ginger and green chillies. However you may use the packaged corn. You will need to blend it with a little milk till it is of an almost-puree consistency. Leave some chunks as they are like flavor bombs in the mouth. This dish is hearty, keeps long and is a family favorite.
Yes, I know it is long name. But it also tells exactly what this is. A perfect light and healthy meal for the hot days ahead. I have not been a sprout fan, like ever. The only way I can eat them is after steaming them and adding a yummy dressing. And if you I tell you I started eating curd only after I turned 25, you would not believe me. I always…
vanilla is a crowd pleasing flavour while Oreo’s are world’s best selling cookies. [Refer] So when I saw orange flavoured oreo’s in the market, I knew they had to find a way to be baked in a cake. Sheet cakes are basically cakes made in a tray. You can serve the cake from the tray itself most of the times. They may or may not have a frosting. This cake is prefect for sending to school, make ahead for guests, for a picnic or even an edible gift.
Muthias are steam and stir fried dumplings. They are made in a lot of ways. My favorite one has cracked wheat, methi leaves and yogurt. In my attempt to make breakfasts more wholesome, this dish was born. Kansaar is finer version of broken wheat/bulgar. The sourness from the yogurt compliments the methi leaves and also makes the muthias softer.
