F: Fresh Figs Cookies

I am in love with the texture of figs. The fresh ones, the ones few days old in the fridge and even the dried version. These cookies are a hit in our offices and we so so so loved it that I make them as much as I can.

Instructions
  1. Beat sugar and butter until nice and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and beat.
  3. Add the vanilla.
  4. In a smaller bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Mix dry with the wet and work the dough till it comes together.
  6. Pre heat oven at 180C.
  7. Make small balls of the dough and bake for 12-15 min until nice and golden.
