This was my first attempt at handling the rectangle pasta sheet. To my surprise, it is a hit in the friends and family circle.
I made this Tarla Dalal non fried wonder for breakfast. It was light, fluffy and beautiful because of the crunch from the Corn.
Apologies for being a lazy bum and not making anything blog worthy over the weekend. The DH came home after a week long trip and left again on Monday Morning.
This has been a favourite since childhood. Any day that I was upset, mom used to make this to cheer me up.
