I have always wondered how to use the Masala Oats packs that have been lying with me. Archana’s Kitchen comes to rescue in such cases. I used her recipe as a base to make these.
My romance with beetroot is continuing for sometime now 🙂 Though I loved the pairing, there were not many takers for this samosa.
I made this wonderful dish from Nita Mehta’s Vegetarian Baked Recipes.

This was again our breakfast and dinner roll. For Dinner I served this with Roasted Capsicum and tomato Soup. And for breakfast we had it greedily in the car on way to work :D.
