Kaale chane ki Tikki

Well another invention because of lots of boiled kala chana at home 🙂

It is very simple and the best thing was the texture, you might argue with me but it, was as silky smooth as a kebab.

  • Salt .
  • 2 Tbsps Peanuts Crushed Roasted ... .
  • . Oil to shallow fry

Instructions
  1. Mash the Boiled kala chana.
  2. Add the Masalas, onion and chillies.
  3. In a bowl take some water, dip the breads briefly and take them out.
  4. Squeeze the excess water and add it to the chana mash.
  5. Mix it well.Oil your palms well and make tikkis out of it.
  6. In a pan, out a couple of tablespoons of oil and put the tikkis.
  7. Fry them until they are nice and crisp.
  8. Serve with Ketchup or chutney.
