Mango, Peanut and candy Bar blondies

A Blondie is a RICH  dessert bar.

Mainly consists of Eggs, flour, baking powder or and soda, brown/white sugar, butter and vanilla. They are the not-brown brownies, loosely explained. 🙂

Well I got the season’s first mango in the kitchen and lept on one of it to make mango blondies. To give a little contrasting flavour, I added salted Peanuts and some crunchy candies [Kit kat and Bar one.

  1. Pre Heat oven to 180-190 degree C.
  2. Melt Butter, let it cool.
  3. Add Sugars, Vanilla to the butter and beat for about a min.
  4. Add one egg at a time and beat until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
  5. Whisk flour, Baking soda and Salt.
  6. Add to the butter mixture.
  7. Stir in half of the mango, peanuts and candy bars [Other half of the 3 shall go as a topping after pouring the mixture in the baking tin.
  8. Grease the baking tray and pour the mixture carefully.
  9. Spread the remaining Mangoes, peanuts and candy bars on top.
  10. Let it bake for 35-40 min.
  11. Cool completely and cut into bars.
  12. These can be good as a gift to someone as well.
