Mango Yogurt cups

The king of all fruits is here. Mango is a crowd favorite and has just stepped into the market. I made this lovely and light dessert with ingredients easily available around the house.

  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 2 mangoes
  • handfull Pomegranate seeds
  • Sugar [Optional]
  • 1/3 cup milk cold
  • Nuts Roasted [Optional]

Instructions
  1. Roughly chop 1 and a half mangoes and chop the rest of the half mango small-ish.
  2. In a blender, add the mango, curd and milk and churn. We want it to be of a custard like consistency.
  3. Pour in cups and add mango and pomegranate. Serve chilled.
