We all have a “method” to make maggi. I use corn, tomatoes, onions and green chillies. This is how it looks.

  • 10 Pearl Onions ... . [ Sliced
  • 1 tomatoes seeds .... Medium [ Remove and chop
  • 1 chilly ... . Green [ Finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Corn ... .
  • 2 noodle cakes ... . Maggi
  • 2 .... Instant taste maker
  • 1 tbsp Oil .. .
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper sauce ... [ optional .

Instructions
  1. In a Wok, heat oil add the green chilly and onions.
  2. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes and tastemaker.
  4. Cook until the tomatoes are a little soft.
  5. Meanwhile boil maggi cakes in the water with the corn.
  6. Once done, add this to the masala.
  7. Mix well and adjust seasoning and devour 🙂
