Ingredients
  • 500 gms paneer Grated ... .
  • 1 onion ... . Medium size chopped finely
  • 1 chilly .... green chopped finely
  • 1 tomato .... medium size chopped finely
  • 1 Capsicum .... Medium sized chopped
  • Salt .
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera ....
  • 2 Tbsps Oil ....
  • Optional Coriander . [
  • Chilly Red powder [Optional]
  • Turmeric [Optional]

  • 2 Tbsps Oil ....

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok and add the jeera.
  2. Add the onion and saute it till it is translucent.
  3. Add the green chilly and tomatoes.
  4. Cook for a few min till the time the tomatoes are cooked.
  5. Add the paneer and put a few tbsp of water.
  6. Add the capsicum.
  7. Add the salt and cover. Cook on Medium flame for 2-3 min.
  8. Remove the lid and let the water evaporate.
  9. Serve with Bhakri, roti or paratha.
