Quick pasta for Dinner

I am fan of easy to put together ingredients. They save the time and effort on the workdays without using too much brain.

All you shall need as an extra for this is Sun-dried tomatoes (I made mine at home, recipe to follow soon)

  • 5 - 6 tbsps water pasta in which the was boiled .... .
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil ... .
  • Salt pepper and .
  • 3 tbsps tomato paste (Really thick tomato puree, )...
  • 1 tbsp cream malai / .... .
  • oregano Herbs of your choice , I added .
  • sprigs coriander of . Few
  • Cheese (If you please)

Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat oil and add the tomato puree.
  2. Cook it for a few min.
  3. Now add the Pasta and the water.
  4. Season it well, to taste.
  5. Add the herbs.
  6. Finish off with the cream.
  7. Mix it well to incorporate it all.
  8. Towards the wee end of the cooking process, add the sundried tomotoes (Cut in smaller pieces if they are too big) and coriander.
  9. You can also put someĀ garlic bread on the side.
  10. Serve with love.
