  • Veggiesof your choice [Chopped small]

  • 1/2Tbsp ketchup [Use any ketchupsweet n sour that you like … .

  • 2 Loafs… . Sub
  1. Steam cook the sprouts to get rid of the bitterness.  In a pan, put the sprouts with a little salt and pour just enough water that does not drown the sprouts.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat until they are nice and soft.
  3. Take them out of the pan once done.
  4. Let them cool a bit.
  5. Add the veggies, cucumber, ketchup, curd and seasonings [Salt, pepper and ketchup.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cut the loaf in a V and warm a little on a griddle.
  8. Fill the ingredients in the loaf and serve.
