Chocolate Dipped chips
Heat water on a simmer in a pan and place a bowl on top. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water.
Chop the chocolate in small pieces. Reserve 1/3 of the chopped chocolate and place the balance in the bowl which is on the pan of water.
Add the butter and let it melt gently. Use a spatula to help it melt evenly.
Once it melts, remove from the pan and add the balance chocolate. Mix well until it all melts. In case the chocolate hardens, place it on the hot water pan for a few minutes again and it will be fine.
Place butter paper on a plate. Dip the chip in the melted chocolate and let place on the butter paper.
Leave it to dry on room temperature. Share and serve.
