  1. Finely chop the onions and green chilly.
  2. Whiz up the bread in a processor or mixer to a fine powder likes consistency. It will feel pillow-y
  3. In a non stick pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  4. Add the onions and green chilly and cook until onions are transparent.
  5. Add the turmeric powder and salt.
  6. Tip the bread in the mix and mix well.
  7. Add coriander and lemon juice and serve hot.
