  • 1 potato… medium size [peeled, washed and cut length wise just like the parwal].
  • 1tbsp oil . …
  • 1/2tsp Cumin seeds. …
  • 1/4tsp Mustard Seeds. …

  • 1/4tsp Turmericpowder . …
  • 2 green chillies… .
  • Salt.

  • 1/2tsp Dhaniyapowder . …

Instructions
  1. In a pan, add oil and once it is heated, add cumin and mustard seeds.
  2. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and red chilly powder.
  3. Add the veggies and stir.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and stir.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat.
  6. Add water if it evaporates and the veggies are not cooked.
  7. Once they are almost done, add the jaggery and cook without the lid.
  8. Serve warm with bhakri or chapati.
