  • 1 tbsp Jaggery . ..
  • 1/2 cup Water . ...
  • 1/2 tsp chilly Red powder . ...
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder . ...
  • 2 Green Chillies ... [ Finely chopped .
  • 1 tbsp ... Oil .

Instructions
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil.
  2. Add the mustard seeds, jeera and a pinch of Hing.
  3. Wash the tuver seeng and chopped brinjal.
  4. Keep immersed in water until further use.
  5. In the cooker, add the Salt, turmeric powder, green chilies and red chilly powder.
  6. Now add the veggies.
  7. Add the water and jaggery.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Put the lid on and let it cook upto 2 whistles on full flame and 2 on a medium flame.
  10. Serve with Rotla/Bhakri/Khichdi
