  • 2 Cucumbers .. . [ Peeled and Diced small
  • 2 Tomatoes .... [ Diced
  • 2 green chillies .... [ finely chopped
  • 1 Onion .... [ Chopped finely
  • 1 cup Peppers of your choice [ Diced ... .
  • Salt .
  • 1 tsp Paprika ....
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil ....
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Puree ....
  • 1 tsp Sugar ... .
  • 1/2 tbsp Vinegar ... .

  • 1 tsp Sugar ... .
  • 1/2 tbsp Vinegar ... .
Instructions
  1. In a pan, heat the oil.
  2. Add onions and sweat them a bit.
  3. Add the puree and cook for 3-4 min.
  4. Add salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. Add the peppers and diced tomatoes.
  6. Cook for 2 min.
  7. Now add the sugar, vinegar and cucumber.
  8. Cook for mere 30 sec.
  9. Cover with a lid and keep aside to come to room temperature.
  10. Once cooled, fill in jars and store in the fridge.
