Sprouts Paratha

I for one cannot eat the sprouts raw. Ackkhhhhh….. Hence I find ways to conceal it in the food 🙂

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Sprouts . ....
  • Wheat flour . Dough for Paratha
  • to taste Salt .
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala . ...
  • to taste chilly . Red powder
  • to fry ghee the . Oil / parathas

  • 1/2 cup Sprouts . ....
  • Wheat flour . Dough for Paratha
  • to taste Salt .
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala . ...
  • to taste chilly . Red powder
  • to fry ghee the . Oil / parathas
Instructions
  1. Mix the masalas in the sprout and keep aside for a few min.
  2. Stuff the dough balls with the sprouts mix and roll it like a chapati. Tutorial on how to stuff a paratha is here.
  3. Shallow fry them on a griddle and serve with love.
