Red rice poha is my new discovery and with the initial inhibitions of it not being as soft as the regular one, I am happy to be surprised with the recipe. This is a wholesome and healthy recipe that has lots of lentils, vegetables and red rice poha.
This Peruvian delight is a catch I tell you. These are basically rice and lentil cakes. Did I hear leaft overs, yes left overs can be very well used for this one. 🙂
I am huge fan of parathas and as ironic as it may sound, I hardly make it at home. This one is particularly my fav, becuase it has my fav dal of all time. And Masoor it is.
The Punjaban in me truly loves the staples aka Rajma Chawal. The gujju husband refuses to give in and dislikes the same. What a shame *sigh.
